It's pumpkin time!
I got such a good response to the pasta I shared with you last week that I wanted to let you in on another product that is a staple in my kitchen (not sponsored).
@simplemills mixes are lifesavers for those of us who are gluten free! They are naturally sweetened with coconut sugar, and kosher.
Here are some pumpkin muffins I made and they were super easy!

Have you tried golden milk yet? It is typically a blend of hot milk and turmeric. This traditional Indian drink is known for its anti-inflammatory properties and is loaded with antioxidants. Typically ginger, cinnamon and black pepper are also added. Maple syrup is a good way to get that hint of sweetness and I use almond milk since l am dairy free.
